Sidekicks honey garlic noodles, sauteed lean pork, and mixed veggies.
Made two packs of the noodles, the sauce didn't thicken so I just threw the pork and veggies into the pot, and it was okay. The sauce was tasty, really garlicky, but there should be a 'spicy' warning on the package!
Tonight, something with chicken legs/backs... not sure yet.

My mum came to Toronto to visit me on the weekend and brought me so much food so I can just heat it up when I have a busy day at school and won't have time to cook. She made me meatballs and rice, sherry chicken, split pea soup, cream of broccoli soup, spaghetti sauce, and lots of baking. I had some cream of broccoli soup last night because I wasn't feeling well.

I'm going to just fill my biggest roaster with chicken pieces, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, and mushrooms and let it roast for a few hours, then make gravy from the juices.
The men will be cold when they come home from work today, it's cold and rainy out.
