How about instead of dinner, breakfast.

For breakfast this morning I had pepperoni and bacon pizza, bbq garlic shrimp and rainbow sorbet for dessert.

Barbecued burgers, yay! Since we hadn't got to do them the other night.

We had tuna salad on buns last night.

Well, this is what I made for dinner:


My attempt at a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza.

If you have ever been to Chicago and had an authentic one (my favourite is at Pizzeria Uno!), you know why they are famous for them

My pizza has a homemade crust which I made from scratch with a bolognese sauce top with buffalo mozzarella then a layer of pepperoni, a layer of crumbled italian sausage, a mixture of cooked fresh spinach, garlic and fresh mushrooms, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, olive oil and parmesan, topped with a mixture of romano, provolone and monterrey jack cheeses.

I baked this in a cast iron skillet and hubby wants to know who is coming for dinner!?

Off to slice the sucker up! Bon appetit!

So nevermind the left over pizza, ill have that for breakfast.

Tonight I had a Keg burger topped with tomato pesto and spring mix.
On the side potoato salad and green beans, and for dessert poached pear and caramel frozen yogort.
