Chicken burrittos

DH took me out to dinner last night since my ankle was killing me .

We went across the line for gas and then went to CJ's Beach House. We shared the calamari , DH had the bowl of clam chowder ( which was HUGE) and I had the fish tacos

No idea about tonight???

Macaroni, with mushrooms and sauce with some spinach mixed in.

I made orzo with smokey tomato dressing. DH is having that and a big salad.

We had sauteed zucchini, mushrooms, corn, onions, and tomatoes with chipotle pepper and some cheese on top, over rice and black beans. Super yummy

Leftover tortachilli and Dh brought home sweet potatoe fries (from Salsbury House)with special horse radish dip-yummy yummy!

Mom had some shepards pie with home made baked beans, and I just had the beans. Migraine took away my appetite

I made a super duper shredded salad loaded with orange peppers, thinly sliced shallots, roasted corn, avacado, tomatoes, mushrooms, grilled lemon rosemary chicken breast and grilled asapragus with a sour cream and salsa combo dressing

I have fruit for dessert but I think I am too stuffed!
