    I have no clue what I made

    I started with the Knorr creamy garlic pasta sauce packet
    Grilled chicken w/ garlic butter & spices
    Grilled mushrooms once the chicken was like 90% done (all inthe same pan)
    The bottom was sticking, so I had to figure our how to be racheal ray and get the 'best part' off.
    I put the sauce (after I made it how directions said) and it pulled up the bottom, and it darkened it.
    Added fettucine

    OH MY GOSH IT WAS GOOD. You can totally taste the spices from the bottom of the pan. I was scared it'd taste burnt but NOPE.
    I may have some more now, i'm hungry

    Not quite there yet . . . Today my partner and I will be starting our three-day stay at a lovely rented cottage, with a fantastic view of the St. Lawrence River.
    Jim will be fishing.
    I am looking forward to some fresh pan-fried fish within the next three days.
    Oh so omnomnom!

    Last night I made a chicken stew/casserole thingee, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw.
    My husband's plate - doesn't do it justice, it was huge like a volcano!
