Last night we had Gabe's favourite fishcakes, with brown rice and salad. This was the first time I've served the kidlets brown rice, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they gobbled it down.

jasmine rice with chopped onions and cornbread.not that hungry today,had a big lunch and hubby is working nights so no point in cooking a big meal.

Had pasta with veggies stir fried in oil and a bit of chicken broth added in....it was so yummy!

Since we arrived late and needed to go grocery shopping last night was Safeway sammy's with lays chips, mac salad and Bud Lime
.
Tonight will probably be grilled chicken with roasted garlic and olive oil couscous with salad and chilled white wine

I'm making mini BBQ chicken bacon pizzas, yummmmmm
I am also taking a stab at Creme Brulee, just for fun It is chilling in the fridge now, I hope it turns out!
