Delissio thin crust pizza here, with a salad lol. I have a coupon swap at 6:30, and shopping/last day of school/laundry has exhausted me, so after a quick nap, I won't have time for much else lol.

Last night was tacos made with Yves meatless ground round. Once you added the taco spices and the toppings like cheese and lettuce it tasted just like a regular taco

Our 4th Anniversary today (marriage, we've been together for 9 years total ), so I'm spoiling DH with smoked pork ribs...rub, an hour in the smoker, followed by 3 on the grill at really low temp, followed by sauce and a shot of high heat to caramelize. Serving it with grilled veg, corn bread, and flourless chocolate cake for dessert...gonna have one happy hubby tonight

tonight was take out pizza.. i havent been a fan of dominos (well, ive only had it 1 other time and i hated it, mind you i was pregnant and hated all pizza) but this was actually pretty decent. not anywhere near as yummy as pizza nova but still filled the pizza spot.

I'm being lazy tonight veggie tacos again. We are off to the cabin in the morning so I'm not interested in making something new and having it sit in the fridge while were are gone.

We are getting ready to go to loon lake to do some camping, so it's a quick spaghetti dinner. lol

This was made yesterday, but there are still a couple left. Never tried making these before and I have always loved them at pot lucks we have had.
The circular rice paper is stiff and you just place the circle in warm water, then lift out all soft and fill and roll up! Talk about an easy appetizer to serve.
For the filling I just threw together some vermicelli thin noodle mixture that was leftover, added chopped cooked shrimp, shredded carrot, some bean sprouts to it, and a dab of the 5 asian spice (VH sauce).
I like mine with plum sauce but I know you are supposed to serve with a spiced up rice vinegar dip. Anyone else ever tried making these?

Thanks to your reminder about these - I made them last night for supper!
I used shrimp, matchstick carrots and cucumber, beansprouts, noodles, green onion, some seasoning - and made a peanut butter dip to go with it. Well, I made the dip too spicy for me, but the guys loved it!
They were really good - just takes SO much work to prep for them! I made about 16-18 or so.

I am currently having a healthy snack, home made fruit salad. Watermellon, green grapes, apple, and strawberries. I bought all of the ingredients on sale in the last week.

We had a Pork Roast, Baked Potatoe and Corn I swear I think I am going to buy KD and throw it at my kids!
