Tonight we're having grilled angus steaks on the BBQ, mashed potatoes with chives (and perhaps a bit of cream cheese!), grilled red, orange and yellow peppers, and a spinach salad with a homemade raspberry vinaigrette.

Is anyone a fan of liver and onions? Well I need my "fix" of it every so often, and my whole family runs the other way when I cook it. No one here will eat it 'cept me. That is what I am having for dinner, they can all chew a couple of dog cookies till I am done eating.
I am not mean, I will make them something.....eventually.

We`re having sausage and sauerkraut. I`d rather come over for liver though.
