    This evening I cooked some ground chicken, added orange bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic, basil, spices, hot sauce (won't try that again!) , etc added a jar of ragu and some rotini pasta and cooked it all together in a fry pan and topped with parm. cheese. It was excellent!

    I'm taking DS fishing tonight after work, so it's going to be something I can grab and bring along, maybe subs. We won't be eating the fish because a) I don't like the water they're coming from (part of Halifax Harbour) and b) DS has told me that he will not kill a fish and eat it, if he catches one, he wants to throw it back!
