Ended up finding a Pot Roast Stew in the freezer so I had that over Mashed Potatoes last night instead of eggs.
Maybe just maybe tonight will be the night I get my eggs, will have to see once I get home.

I had no idea what I was making for dinner tonight (planning on making Butternut squash soup for future lunches so that is all I was thinking about!) But after reading other meal ideas I decided tonight will be a great night for bacon and eggs! Kids will be happy and it's easy to defrost a package of bacon quick! Hurray! Dinner is planned!

Changed the dinner plan when I went home at lunch. Was gifted hamburger buns and it is beautiful and sunny out so will bbq some homemade burger patties that I pulled from the freezer. Will serve with salad. Bacon and eggs another weeknight!
