Tonight I will be attempting to make dinner with DH and I'm not sure what exactly but I know either kale or spinach will be in it and most likely goat cheese too
We are big fans of goat cheese too! Isn't it great?? Yum!!!

I am fresh out of ideas on what to make for dinner.

Maybe macaroni & cheese with tomato soup.

I think tonight's supper will be nacho chips with grated marble cheese melted on top in the oven. I'll cook lean ground beef with onion, celery, canned tomatoes & seasoning to go with it with sour cream, salsa, and a glass of milk. Yum. I haven't made this in a while.

edit: I'm in too much pain, so this will have to wait for another day. I don't know what we are going to have for supper now.

We ended up getting a KFC variety bucket with the 20% off from their app. It cost $25.20 for chicken pieces, chicken popcorn, fries, gravy, macaroni & potato salads.

We're going to have pulled pork sandwiches. I put the roast in the slow cooker over 9 hours ago, so it should be tender.

So for dinner it's those yummy biscuits and some oven "fried" chicken wings.

Angela, I hope you are feeling better soon.

My muscles are still all in a mess - it's hard to stand or bend, so I ordered Chinese food so I don't have to cook tonight or tomorrow. Husband will get it on his way home from work soon.
Funny, it wasn't until the man taking the order on the phone read it back that I realized how much we loved our pork, lol!

deep fried wontons (never tried them from here before, I usually make them myself)
    wonton soup
    bbq pork chop suey
    pork chow mein
    df shrimp
    sweet and sour lean pork
small steamed rice (for me, husband eats the noodles)

still kinda full from brunch and since I can't eat any of the " not WW " friendly things I cooked up Saturday for the gang I just sliced a Red Prince Apple up and smeared PC Blue menu Peanut Butter on them.
