    Sauteed ground beef with onions, celery, and carrots in mushroom sauce, served over pasta. I also had steamed cauliflower, husband had raw.

    I have a $2.00 roll of ground beef-pork so I am going to add a slice of bread, an egg, minced ginger, minced garlic and soy sauce (and maybe a hit of five spice powder) and make asian meatballs. I will dress them up with hoisin sauce. Add a stir-fry of broccoli, cremini mushrooms and green onions with hoisin sauce, and steamed white rice.

    So what's that, cocktail meatballs, vegetables and rice? Meatball stirfry? Cheap, very very cheap?
