hey everyone sounds good. Tonight I ordered a panzorotti and a meatball sub from Toppers. I know someone that used to work at a pizza place and they said never order a meatball sub from a pizza place. I don't know but I love their meatball subs. Didn't have much food in the fridge going shopping at 9am.

Tonight I'm going to have dinner with the bf's parents, and I think his mom is making a roast of some sort. I am happy to have a day off cooking!

Nope not weird My dad is Muslim so pork was never in my house growing up (we were allowed to eat it) if dad was away then mom would buy it as a treat. I find now, that pork and I have an on going battle - I cannot cook chops for the life of me, they are always over cooked. I can do tenderloin on the BBQ and its moist and juicy, but any other method means pull out the chainsaw I've come to learn that bacon and ham are my old friends when it comes to cooking parts of a pig
