DH took off his 2 days owing, so he made us dinner....GF elbow pasta with Classico white sauce and veg, and his
" famous " chicken parmesan. I really was not even hungry ( exhausted from work still ) but what an effort he made, so I forced it down ( lol) Cannot move now.

Last night was turkey chilli after DH and I spent the day shopping in West Van
Tonight is a veg stirfry (maybe with some turkey) over rice.

I had cooked a roast lamb & trimmings for lunch when I received a phone call they couldnt come because the roads were so bad with all the snow we have been getting here so they had to cancel so we will be eating lamb all week!!They are hopefully coming next week if the weather is ok so Ill do beans on toast in case its has to be cancelled again.lol!!Unbelievable weather for April 14 I think Spring has lost its memory

Even with a freezer full of prepped meals and a fridge full of fresh veggies/fruits I have ZERO interest or engery to make dinner
I wonder if DH will do take out???? Does that make me bad????

clean out the fridge stir fry.. mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, onions, zucchini, bean sprouts and asparagus with a teryaki/hoison mix sauce over rice.

I just started. Dh is having white rice, salmon fillet, and boiled carrots. I am having the same thing except wild rice instead of white rice. Dh doesn't like wild rice. My dad purchased a bunch of it from someone who harvested it in northern Sk and he gave me some of it.
edit: dh salmon was cooked with lemon juice and lemon pepper
