Chicken thighs, fried then baked with onions; smashed potatoes (we put the butter/onions from the chicken on top); stirfried onions, mushrooms, broccoli, and cauliflower.

I am planning on making a big batch of meatballs tomorrow. I want to cook it up and freeze a bunch of extras. I want to make sweet and sour meatballs with rice tomorrow.

I wasn't feeling well, so my sweet son made supper!
Honey Garlic wings (Compliments, from Sobeys - sauce was absolutely awesome, but won't buy again because chicken was way too fatty); curly seasoned fries from M&M Meats - they were absolutely awesome, a little too spicy for me, but so tasty - I could handle the heat with dipping them in ketchup.

I'm being VERY brave today (though some of you will think it's silly....).
I'm using my slow cooker for the first time, and making a beef roast. I kind of combined six recipes, using the things I had and what I knew we would like.
I can't wait to see how things turn out....
