tossed some fish sticks ( gag! ) for DD in the oven, and coated 6 drumsticks, baking them for whoever is hungry when they wake up shortly.

Stupid choice to make an oven supper tonight, it's SO hot.
However, it turned out well. First time making chicken tetrazzini, and it was really good - the men loved it especially.
Ha ha, made my husband eat breast meat, lol! (He only ever eats dark)
The sweet cool crunchy salad I made went well with it - romaine and head lettuce, cucumber, radishes, green pepper.
There were enough leftovers of the main for my son to take home for two meals, so he was pleased by that.

We tried to talk ourselves out of it, but we're going to drop by the waterfront on the way home, where Ribfest 2015 is taking place, and bring home a few racks of ribs! Nom nom nom.

Tonight were heading to our fav 24 hour dinner by the airport - its been open for over 60 years and serves the best best best Greek food I have ever eaten and the portions are massive like 2 ppl can eat one order and be full - I always take half home, DH finishes his haha
So dinner tonight is chicken souvlaki, greek potatoes, rice and greek salad with tzatziki.
Hopefully its not super busy so we can get a window booth and watch the planes land at Pearson Airport!

^ fellow raisin hater here, Wolfie!
Was not going to cook, it's too hot and we have a big mess - but was really hungry and wanted strong flavours, so I had tomato soup with crackers and sardines and onions on toast.
Husband may have the same - I dunno. He's busy snoring right now...
