    Thanks so much for the response!! I also keep mine in the freezer so I'm wondering if it was already "bad" when I bought it, regardless I'm tossing what's left just to be sure Good info

    leftovers from yesterday ; stuffed chicken breast, I think they were better today and had a salad with it, mixed greens, slivered almonds, quinoa, parm cheese, croutons, dried cranberries and sweet onion vinaigrette dressing, really good

    I roasted a chicken which was served with fresh French bread, balsamic vinegar and olive oil dipping sauce, cucumber salad, celery with ranch dressing, and a glass of milk. I made apple rhubarb crisp later in the evening that I ate with vanilla yogurt.

    Baked chicken casserole with a homemade single layer biscuit on top. I will be doing a mayo-sour cream sauce combo, carrots, peas and onion and half a cup of cheese.
