still trying to decide what's for dinner. In the mean time, made lots of fried tofu and oyster dipping sauce like in a Chinese restaurant. Purposely made half of the batch extra crispy. Husband has to have lots of sauce. Even my dogs love tofu.

I ended up taking a nap after work yesterday which is so not me but lead to no plans for dinner so we cashed in our free pizza and ordered from wedges to do with it. So a large pizza and wedges cost us under $5.
Only downside was I was going to make homemade pizza tonight so now I need to come up with a plan B. I am not thinking Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and whatever veggie I can find.

You know you've made a yummy meal when the two men are hovering around the kitchen saying they wish they could fit in more!
Made roasted chicken pieces with onion and potatoes (love the way the potatoes turn out when you flip them from being in the broth halfway through!); green beans, and coleslaw.
Homemade crustos for dessert.

Hubby went with brother in law for a pay per view so i was on my own for dinner. Fixed chicken pho that my mom made yesterday. Then fixed two different chicken dishes: braised chicken with ginger and soya sauce chicken. The two chicken dishes went into my lunch boxes for the rest of the week. Just need to add some fresh salad or veggies then I'm set.

Had to come up with plan B last night as I got distracted and did not get the roast in so instead I did roasted veggies (new potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots) with lightly breaded pork chops using flour and some spices.
Already in the fridge ready to go, tonight will be pasta bake with ground beef and 3 types of cheese.
