Red lentils, diced tomato, potato seasoned with powered ginger, dried onion, black pepper and turmeric. For the salad, it's baby greens, beets, crumbled goat cheese and avocado dressing.

Last night I made myself a big Ranch Salad with some mixed green we had in the fridge, cucumber, bacon bits, shredded cheese and ranch dressing. Had this with some garlic toast.

Tonight is a mystery so far.

rib eye steak on our new BBQ with bbq`d potatoes, carrots and turnip (cut potatoes, carrots and turnip into small pièces, toss with garlic power, salt and Pepper, place in pie tins, top with 3 blobs of butter, cover with aluminum foil, place on top part of BBQ for 45 minutes to 1 hr on low heat), also a salad with tomatoes, cucumber slices, green onions and dill from my window garden! Yummy!

...was going to BBQ today but too cold and windy so hopefully tomorrow, so just having a chicken burger and wedge fries baked in the oven....
**tried 2 things that I didn't like yesterday; and I usually like anything (with the exception of wild game)..1) cucumber flavored vodka...ick!!! and had with it 2)Ruffle Chips; a new flavour "Flamed Grill Steak", tasted like someone left a bag of ruffles next to the bbq and all the burnt smoke blew in the bag--double dirty ick!!! lol

Chicken tacos...$12 to feed four, there will be leftover shells and tortillas for another meal. Good thing they aren't beef tacos, they'd be close to $20!!!

We purchased two boxes of Old El Paso Chicken Tinga kits for .94 each.

It was a bit spicy on the tongue, but the flavour was good. Thank goodness for sour cream. To round out the meal, we had salad.

No, not a typo - he eats only once a day, at supper, so he makes it worth his while, lol! He can eat a LOT, and he's a skinny dude - who actually needs to gain the 20 lbs he lost when he hurt his back last year, but so far it's not working...

I still have one of these in my cupboard, guess I had better get around to making it!
I'm a spice wuss, so maybe I should just give it to my son!

    Don't know what's yet for supper and it's 6:30...
