Last night was veggie stir fry
Tonight I am sauteing onions, leeks, mushrooms and spinach and will put all that in a a rolled out sheet of puff pastry and bake Mmm can't wait!

Grilled ham steaks and grilled fresh pineapple, with a spinach salad Need another veggie, I will see what looks good and economical at Sobeys when I go to 15% Tuesday!

Made GF perogies this afternoon, they were tricky to roll and fill, finicky...but froze them and then bagged them for later. Making the regular Cheemo perogies for DS so thought it would be nice for us to have some too!
