I guess she did not see your question. They are meatballs with cooked rice in them and the little rice tips sticking out are where they get the name from. I haven't made them in years, maybe I will soon. LOLQuote:

Oy, the garlicky meal would be heaven in our home; the salmon sounds yummers!
Well, it was way too hot to cook yesterday, plus I didn't feel well, so what I planned with the pork yesterday will happen today for dinner!
So it was Taco Tuesday (I love it when I remember!) for my son and I (he's soft and I'm hard); husband gets KFC when we do that (the places are within a block of each other). Blueberry tarts for evening snack were just great - except a little runny - my first time making filling and I guess I need a different recipe.

DH MOM made the best Porcupine meatbals of all :-)
