Tacos :)
Sorry Miss_April...DH already claimed the leftovers for work tomorrow. :(
Tacos as well
poached salmon and rice....Mitten-cat got generous offerings from hubby and myself so she is sleeping it off now. :)
I'm sorry I didn't respond. Thanks Patty for the exact answer. I had not made them in years either but thought what the heck. Somewhere deep in my memory I had the recipe hidden and they turned out fantastic. They turned out so good I sent some home to my neighbor who is a fantastic cook so she can give me her honest opinion.
I thought it actually meant, you know, porcupine meatballs :(
Oy, the garlicky meal would be heaven in our home; the salmon sounds yummers!
Well, it was way too hot to cook yesterday, plus I didn't feel well, so what I planned with the pork yesterday will happen today for dinner!
So it was Taco Tuesday (I love it when I remember!) for my son and I (he's soft and I'm hard); husband gets KFC when we do that (the places are within a block of each other). Blueberry tarts for evening snack were just great - except a little runny - my first time making filling and I guess I need a different recipe.
Hey, this is how we all learn!
