Well today I made dinner.
Appetizer:
Just a light green salad with thousand island dressing.
Main course:
I pan-seared some sirloin steaks. I made home-made gravy to pour over the steak since I like it with sauce. I like my steak either medium or medium rare.
Main course 2:
I baked a shepherds pie. Mash potatoes on top and vegetable+ground beef on the bottom. I baked it at180*C for 20 minutes with cheese.
Dessert:
I made a traditional Chinese sponge cake since it's very easy to make and it taste great. It takes at least 40 minutes to steam. But it takes like 10 minutes to prep.
