Was forced to make chicken Paprikash on Sunday. DH yelled out the ingredients and the method from the living room to me in the kitchen ( too cheap to press " print " on the desktop I suppose)
Actually it was very good. Next time I am sitting and yelling and he will cook it.

Last night DH picked up Wendy's cause I blew my back out.... again
so today I was feeling a bit better(actually more like guilty for making him pick it up after his 14 hour days ) so I made tomato sauce from some clearance tomaotos and will make some kind of pasta to go with that and the cheesy garlic breadsticks I have.
Tomorrow I will be making both crab cakes and crab stuffed mushroom caps for my mom because she looooves them and I want to treat her
The rest of the week will be:
Turkey with some of the fixin's (my very first time )
Homade ravioli with homemade sauce
Zuppa Toscanna (like from Olive Garden )
BBQ Steak and Scalloped Hasselback Potatoes http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...-step-recipes/
Not sure what order it will go in. I'm flying by the seat of my pants

last night was bacon wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with havarti
tonight was Steak and Lobster Tails (DH's b-day!). The lobster was from RCSS and I was pleasantly surprised at how flavourful it was..a definite "must buy again" item. Oh and Captain Crunch for dessert...just to shake things up a bit! LOL!!!

Oh, gosh, all the above meals sound SO yummy!
I haven't made hasselback potatoes in ages - they will be on my 'to make' list shortly!
