Sadly, the rain hasnt let me have enough BBQ this summer. Im gonna take advantage of the weather this week.

Tonight is veggie sammys. Whole wheat bread with cream cheese,tomatoes,cucumber,lettuce,sprouts,and pepperjack cheese. I'm hungry already
2 nights meat free! I could really get used to this. Who am I kidding, I'd miss my meat too much

Had cooked chicken breasts in the fridge, made plain sticky rice and thinly sliced a breast and cooked it in a pan with a bit of olive oil and topped it with a good herb cheddar. DD will eat sticky rice with soy sauce (must be Kikkoman, not the cheap stuff) and DS is have Sidekicks, Chicken Fusili.

We had pita sandwiches tonight with lettuce, avocado, red onion, fresh corn off the cob, cucumbers, salsa, vegan sour cream and vegan mock chick'n. They were nice!
