we had pork roast with roasted potatoes, fresh carrots and a garden salad (all the veggies came out of our own garden
). The roast was so tender, it literally melted in our mouths!!

Chicken Shawarma take out. It's always our plan B. From a little mom 'n pop hole in the wall about a block away. The little Lebanese grandmother (with a very deep voice) makes the hummus fresh every morning and heaps on HUGE portions. The $8.25 pack gives us two meals for two... urp!

Tonight we had veggie burgers on amazing focaccia bread that my husband bought for me. I went to a very long birth a few days ago and he knows that when I come home I come home starving because I rarely have time to eat. So he stopped after work and stocked up on my favourite bagels and picked out some nice focaccia bread for me....I think he loves me
