Last night, pork meatballs with wagon wheel pasta and salad. Husband had leftover chicken and potatoes.
Tonight, Marc Angelo kabobs with leftover pasta in mushroom sauce, and mixed veggies.

I tried one of those Salmon Pan Sear things. Not bad, but the pan looked quite greasy in the oven near the end. I made fake out tarter sauce ( green relish/mayo) and it really made it taste good. Freshly deep fried new potatoes went with so I shouldn't have fretted about the grease from the fish huh?

Wow, everyone too busy to post here, I suppose!
Last night, had baked ham, corn, and we tried the new McCain Harvest Splendour potatoes - the three kinds of potatoes one - they were okay, wouldn't buy them again... plus there wasn't really enough for us in the package (husband ate a 1/2 loaf of bread, lol).
Tonight will be Sobey's deli pizzas - yum, they are SO good!

Full turkey dinner tonight. I made rolls yesterday and two pies today - one pecan, one apple. There is a method to my madness...will not have to cook for the next several days.

Sunday was the Thanksgiving meal ( around 3:30 p.m.) We had the 3 main meat dishes
( ham , turkey and the Prime rib roast) there was so much gravy ( from both the turkey and beef ) The dressing was a combo mix of 4 boxes of Stove Top but I added lots of sauteed onion, celery and added dried cranberries and roasted chestnuts.
Plenty of the fall colour veggies ( turban squash, sweet potatoes, corn, carrots) , boy it is very hard to want any dessert, no matter how long you wait after dinner.
Apple caramel crumble pie, and a pumpkin were warmed and left out for whoever dared to. lol
Just finished breakfast, made homemade waffles and put out 5 different fruits in bowls, oh yummy! Maple syrup and whipped topping were used by a couple of us.
( ya , o.k. it was just me)
This is really going to be a lazy day.
