Today is the last day for the fair, and it is also the day with the best weather. We are going to have a snack there. I was thinking about making sweet & sour with rice, but I think that might be a little much when combined with fair food. We'll have to see what I make.

So I went in a total other direction for dinner I was watching Dr. Oz and then I was craving these. They have ground turkey, brown rice and chopped fresh spinach in them
I had so much brown rice left over so I made stuffed peppers (for the first time ever I might add) and a spinach salad with a strawberry balsamic vineagrette I made and fresh sliced strawberries
Here they are:
Sorry for the crappy pics but I was in a hurrey and used my cell

It was DH's birthday. I made BBQ sausages and mac and cheese style casserole. We had homemade Turtle pie for dessert. It is his favourite.
