I don't really use a recipe for the salmon patties - this time I used a can of salmon (kitties loved the bones, skin and juice!), mixed it with leftover potatoes I smashed up, added garlic powder, pepper, dried chives, and an egg. Shaped into small patties, put on a baking sheet with parchment paper on it, baked at 350 for about a half hour. Put a dab of cheez whiz on top of each, put them under the broiler til cheese browned.

Last night's supper were M&M Meats jumbo chicken wings (my fave!), oven fries, and coleslaw.

This is for Loocie!
The Cuisinart Griddle Combo is a HIT!!! We just ate our Father's Day lunch.
We grilled 8 nice size turkey burgers on the top griddle, while having 4 jumbo all beef wieners on the rollers below, cooking, and to the left of the wieners below we had 3 skewers loaded with red & green peppers, mushrooms and shrimp threaded.
I love the way the skewers automatically rotate, while the stuff up top cooks simultaneously.
I still want to do the Quesadillas, but too stuffed to think about it now. Going to see The Green Lantern soon! ( drool, Ryan Reynolds lol)

I'll have to try that Griddle. The Hamilton Beach one is rubbish.
I could have used that grill, as the chief BBQ'er is napping due to an over-indulgence in Father's Day beverages with the ding dong neighbour.
