Porkchops with ? I'll figure it out by mid-afternoon!
Oh, for salad, the broccoli/grape one - I love it when I have all the ingredients, even the raw sunflower seeds.Last edited by Natalka; Wed, Mar 23rd, 2011 at 02:17 PM.

Nothing as good as CindyLicious but I am making home made veg soup.
Then battered haddock, mixed veg and scolloped cheesy potatos.
I also boiled some shrimp to serve chilled.
Be a little kinder than necessary, remember everyone is fighting their own battles.

Oh, I love battered fish...of course, when my Mom made is and when I used to make it, there was none of this "lightly" battered stuff...it was full-out big puffy batter! And ooooohhh. scalloped potatoes; I'm the only one who likes them, so you can guess how often I make 'em....
I find it's so boring cooking for two...sometimes I'm inspired, but most of all, I'm tired. If it's too good to eat, it's not good for our waist-lines/cholesterol/hearts...and if it's healthy...who the heck wants to go to all that trouble...and both being on diets....meh...it's just not as much fun anymore...
