Tonight I am making the Bruschetta Chicken recipe from the Kraft site..I have made a few times before and I like it...I usually make it on the BBQ but it has started to rain here now so I will have to wait and see if it stops raining or make something different. If you ever try this recipe on the BBQ use aluminum foil at the end to put the topping on the chicken, otherwise it really mucks up the BBQ. Oh, and don't use non-stick aluminium foil--it catches on fire. Been there!

Tonight I decided to eat relatively healthy after my junk food supper last night. I did homemade fries with garlic and oregano sprinkled on top and some mixed veggies on the side. I over did the potatoes so that I have leftovers for supper tomorrow night to do with chicken strips since I have a job interview and need to leave at 5pm to make it in time, so will have to throw something together quick tomorrow for supper when I get home from the interview!

Tonight will be homemade soup using the rib broth from a few days ago - will make it with barley, potato, assorted veggies. Plus, leftover chili and pasta.
I don't have this below problem - I don't usually ask; they eat whatever I make, but I thought it was cute.

This wasn't dinner, but I did eat it a couple nights ago. Half a box of shrimp aps from shoppers, usually 7.99 but it was on sale for 4.99. I might buy them again on sale, they were tasty but kinda greasy.

Last night we had a homemade gluten free pizza with roasted veggies and garlic. Yesterday I also roasted some chicken carcasses I had in the freezer, and made a nice homemade broth. So tonight I'm using part of the broth with a few chicken breasts and going to roast them off and make a white wine sauce for them. I think I'll serve it along with some brown rice with quinoa and some roasted squash and cauliflower
We all need a little sunshine every now and then
