Last night was Kraft Dinner (I know not the best dinner, but it was a rough day and by the time I got home took care of a few things next thing I knew it was 7:30 and still had not even started to make dinner)
Tonight is steak, baked or roasted potatoes and either broccoli cauliflower mix or green/yellow bean mix. Left it up to mom as she is home but is in a lot of pain today so she cannot go up and down the stairs so dinner is based on what is in our upstairs freezer, except the veggies which I will get from the basement when I get home tonight.
SO happy next week when I go back to only working till 4, for some reason staying till 5 completely throws off my cooking dinner that 1 hour makes such a huge difference.

We dined at a local Korean restaurant last week. It was delicious! Everything was shared.
Back clockwise: kimchi, nokdumuk, japchae and danmuji - an assortment of pickled goodies and cold side dishes
Jeyuk bokkeum, spicy stir fried pork with rice
Champong, seafood, vegetables and noodles in a spicy broth
kamjatang, pork bone soup with lots of meat and potatoes served with rice

we just bought a panini (Gordon Ramsay one from WM $60) and it works fine. So we've been making paninis and wraps for the last few days.
