IT was a glorious day..spent the day at a Christmas Craft Fair, did AMAZINGLY well with the jewelry & trinket stuff I make...so tired at the end of the day I picked up chicken from a local Chester's and a bottle of JT..,,hee hee,,,too tired to enjoy so saving for tomorrow!! Football Sunday !!! The power will be out from 9 to 5 but no worries, I'm hooking up a generator to power the tv & satellite and cooking will be done on the wood stove..pizza can go in the oven at 5:00 (hopefully, right?)

Going to try pork back ribs in my Char-Broil big easy tonight. Never tried that before so may need a bit of luck on the timming

Found a recipe for slow cooker chicken cordon bleu, so I will try that for tonight. Not sure what sides yet.
