I've been in the cooking mood lately

Last night I fried up some vegis, made some pasta, then I made a cheese sauce with cream cheese and milk, with some bite size chicken breast peices, then fried it all together with some real, grated parmesan cheese. SO good.

Tonight i'm going to fry up some shrimp in garlic butter, some more vegis, and put it over thin pasta (maybe chinese noodles..)

I am making a recipe from 'Fall off the bone' book. It's a pork ragout with mushrooms and onions done in the dutch oven. Roasting spaghetti squash, baked potatoes and a big green salad.

Every recipe I've made from this book has been really good, especially the osso buco...to die for

Hubby made his delicious tuna melts last night with chicken noodle soup.
Tonight I make my 1,2,3,4,5 ribs (posted before) with some mustard greens and mashed yam.

Hubby bought me a gorgeous chocolate mousse cake last night too that we'll finish off today... i had cravings if you know what i mean!

    I vote for chumbo!

Last night I made quiche with bacon and cheddar cheese, served with stirfried veggies and rice.

I'm roasting a turkey that has been hiding in my freezer since Christmas. We'll live off the leftovers for most of the supper creations this week. I'll serve mashed potatoes, carrots, corn, and gravy with the bird.
