What's For Dinner?

Tonight I had a turkey sammy with a side of garlic dill new taters and DH had a bbq pulled chicken sammy with mac and cheese * All thanks to Boston Market

I've been really craving red meat lately. Maybe I'm lacking iron or something. Anyway, last night we had steaks on the BBQ and today I am making a small roast beef. I just seasoned and seared it and popped it in a dish with onions, garlic, carrots, small potatoes, and a few mushrooms. It's just a tiny roast, so there should be very little in terms of leftovers.
Mmmm I can't wait to dip it into a huge mound of horseradish!

Taco salads before the hockey game tonight

I am marinading a flank steak in a combo of minced garlic, chopped onions, fresh lime juice, EVOO, S&P ....oh ya and Jack Daniels

I will be grilling them and serving them with baked potatoes and salad with some white sangria filled with strawberries

Made two boxes of Kraft Dinner with a can of tuna thrown in.

...I used to eat this all the time years ago............haven't had it in about 10 years though........have eaten KD lately......just regular with lots of sweet thai chili sauce on top......now i might have to try it with tuna again...

My daughter in-law started a new job today, my son works as an Edmonton Transit System driver, so i cooked Curry Chicken with Rice, they totally love it.
