    Might be gross to some people I guess, but I almost forgot how much I really liked this pizza. I'll have it this friday for dinner.

    Ok, Im talking about chicken liver pizza, yup. Sliced chicken livers with caramelized onions, thyme, and chopped garlic. With a pesto sauce base, topped off with mozza and white cheddar cheese. I'll run and hide now as people think that's gross, but nah its oh so yummy,lol.

    cabmonk, that doesn't sound gross at all - I just never would have thought of it. I don't eat chicken livers, but my husband and son love them!

    We used to feed them to our cat and decided to try them on pizza and it turned out great. Then one day when we were out we saw a restaurant had it on their menu,lol.
