Tonight is "clean out the fridge night" for us. We have some leftovers that need to be eaten, and I'll probably make some steamed asparagus with lemon as a side dish.

Last night was breakie for dinner . I made loaded stuffed hasbrowns with hot italian sasauge, green onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Along with that I "made" fiber blueberry eggos with sliced fresh strawberries on top
Man I'm hungry all over again

I grilled some chicken breasts on the George Foreman and then mixed them in a salad with some oil, balasmic dressing and fresh cut tomatos and cukes.

i made maple leaf stuffed chicken breast (the swiss, roasted red pepper and portabello mushrooms one) and a caesear salad. i love those chickens!

Last nights Lime agave chicken was superb! Will be making it again for sure!
Tonight I'm gonna try Anne's Falafel recipe and rice on the side with some veggie...maybe brussel sprouts
