We're having leftover chicken stew with biscuits...
Tomorrow however, I am making a Christmas Morning Wife Saver casserole, easy-peasy!

Mmmmm beans on toast!! Glad to hear someone else eats it, everyone I know thinks its nuts! My mom got me and my sister hooked on this when we were kids, sometimes I'll even add a fried egg (toast, egg, beans in that order). DH thinks that this is revolting, but I disagree

I got the idea of beans on toast from Coronation Street " a British soap opera" "more like real life if you ask me", so i decided to try it and we love it sometimes, not every day though, it may sound gross but isn't, i've never tried it with eggs though.

I had one heck of a shopping trip to Saskatoon today and did not get to eat supper until 10pm.
I made a pita filled with chicken, turkey, marble cheese, cuecumber, and alfalfa sprouts, one half had ranch dressing, the other half had mayo and mustard. All this with a big glass of milk. It hit the spot.

When we have a big breakfast/brunch, or breakfast foods for supper, I love having beans with eggs over easy, toast, hashbrowns, and bacon or sausage. YUM - I love how everything oozes into everything else!

oddest thing, i love beans, with refried hotdogs,
mix them up - find some cheese, green onions,
    and toast - perfect
if you have some spare time

Last night we had quattro fromaggi pizza from Dr Oetker (love that stuff!) and steamed asparagus drizzled with lemon juice and butter. Tonight I think we are going to have lamb kebabs, rice, and salad and/or steamed spinach.
