I've been MIA for awhile, sorry!
This was Christmas dinner.
From the top, clockwise:
Dressing with apricots, cranberries and raisins
Homemade cranberry sauce with a twist of orange
Roast turkey and gravy
Roasted turnips and sweet potatoes
Shredded brussels sprouts with caramelized onions and garlic
Mashed potatoes with herbs and gravy
Below: Irresistable's peach, raspberry and blueberry pie! It was quite good, not too sweet, lots of fruit!

I haven't posted in a while either, my cold kept me from making anything worth posting, my taste buds are still screwed up. Last night thought, I made a fabulous rootbeer glazed ham shank, with garlic and thyme mashed potatoes and balsamic glazed baby carrots and parsnips

I have also been MIA for a few weeks, tonight I am trying a new receipe, stuffed peppers.
It`s just green peppers cut in half and stuffed with hamburg, onions and then shredded cheese on top. We will also have mashed potatoes on the side and pudding pops for dessert (a great pinterest idea)

I've been MIA in the dinner thread also. I think most of us got busy hosting or attending holiday feasts and found there wasn't much time to post on here.
Now I am officially tired of cooking. Think I'm gonna put my feet up and wait for DH to move first. LOL"Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle
