Homemade banana bread with a side of homemade banana bread. Lol! That stuff is filling! No room for dinner after having a piece of that!

I just took out the baked sockeye salmon filets, I then take the juice from the casserole and make a quick little batch of hollandaise. I put just a tiny bit of chili garlic sauce in the hollandaise. Add potatoes and steamed veggies and we are happy. :-)

hmmm...the beef stew I made yesterday, but wasn't cooked in time for dinner, so we had to order swiss chalet....oh well double score!!! Swiss chalet for dinner last night and I don't have to cook tonight!!! YEAH ME!!!! (oh and the festive special came with coupons for the new year, b1g1!!!!)
Probably grilled chicken and oakanagan peaches(I froze them fresh from the summer!Sooooo Sweet) with white wine in the sauce and the rest of the asparagus :). Who know's I might just change my mind. I AM a woman right???LOL

ummm we have no idea. I'll be cleaning the whole house tonight and will be too pooped to make dinner. It is Tuesday nite anyway so there are a lot of choices: KFC, Burger Kings (chicken sandwich), Joey's all you can eat fish and chips, Boston Pizza, and local restaurant specials ie. local bar is also offering 1/2 price pizzas and 20 cents wings. :)

Tonight is Cheesy Shells hamburger helper with a can of diced tomatos and some baby spinach thrown in...I can see DH now "There's green stuff in my Hamburger Helper!" lol :)

I have been saying all week it was gonna be chicken with a currey sauce and chicken but something always came up and changed it. Not tonight! It was so yummy and easy. Oh ya, and we had steamed broccoli!

Tonight will be a lazy night and I will take the kids out, I'll let them fight about where to go!!!:shade:
