What's For Dinner?

I'm experimenting today.
I'm making a pasta salad using up veggies (cucumber, tomato, carrots, green onions) and mixing it with roasted red pepper dressing and putting chicken on top.
Too hot to do anything else.

Sweet potato and chickpea curry with Basmati rice. Then had DH666 recipe for a no bake fruit pie.

tonight was a ham in the slowcooker, mashed potatoes and carrots. wanted to BBQ but still havent refilled the propane tank yet. the girls and i made a vanilla cake with rainbow sprinkles for dessert. lots of ham leftover for toasted westerns and sammies tomorrow

Pork souvlaki (cook in a frying pan as I am BBQ-less) with a simple tzatziki sauce (free from Liberté) and salad on a Vietnamese bun!
I didn't buy pita, but that baguette was the perfect vehicle for this meal

Last night was baked chicken thighs, potato wedges with Italian seasoning, with raw cauliflower, green peppers and cucumbers.

I have no freakin' idea.

Last night, dh cooked. veggie meat balls, scalloped potatoes, kidney beans AND browned beans That's his idea of vegetables. LOL

Last night was a giant salad with sliced Olymel chicken on top. Tonight should be something from the freezer since I want to make room for new food, but might just be an A&W teen burger and onion rings. A&W coupons were delivered yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it - a teen burger and onion rings is definitely my favorite fast food meal

I think the heat has fried my brain. When I got back from physio I heated my lunch...homemade pureed multi-veggie soup, and a portion of the rice penne pasta. So I am eating the pasta, sipping the coffee chatting with DH. About an hr later DD comes in from her day after exam and opens the microwave and says " uh, Mom is this green stuff your soup? "
I guess I should not try making dinner tonight, might leave something roasting in the oven and find it tomorrow morning.
