Well, I freaked out my husband and son.
First, I made a lovely mushroom and tomato pasta sauce. Baked beans as a side.
Then I made Squidogs! This is not my pic - mine got chubbied after being boiled, and with the nice sauce over them, they were really good! I can't wait to do other variations of them! I cut the wieners in three pieces, so the chunks were bigger.

So, if I take some squidogs and batter them and deep fry them I'll get a variation of Calamari, right?
Tonight I tried the M&M Meats chicken nuggets for the first time. Dipped them in some bottled salsa that a friend brought back from Costa Rica. Yumm. Felt like a kid again. I might get back to M&M and get some more before the sale ends.

Sure, mcminsen! Actually when my son had asked what's for supper as he headed to the kitchen and I said "Squidogs" - he went and opened the pot, then went "Aw..." - just for a moment. He LOVES calamari, and that's not something I make! But then he thought what I made was WAY cool!
We're having the M&M nuggets tonight for supper! Yep, they are good, we had them before. I bought two boxes, might go back for another one or two before Friday.

Those M&M chicken nuggets are about 13 cents each. Boy, talk about ECONOMICAL! I've often wondered if I could put together a guide on how to eat relatively well for $1/plate.

Wendy's or something to that effect.
Completely uninspired and exhausted.

Good to know about the butter chicken. M&M's is really good!
Tonight will be lazy holubtsi (cabbage rolls). The lazy part means you don't make all the rolls, but layer the ingredients in a casserole.
