Last night we had homemade hamburgers & fries.
Tonight I will surprise DH and make potato rounds (potato slices fried) so he can make a sandwich out of them. He's been craving for them for some time now LOL.Want to be like Redmouse? * Join me here at SC * Tell them Redmouse sent you!!

Went to the butcher yesterday and got some nice chicken breasts and pork loin. Cut everything up and have them marinating in all kinds of different brews. Going to be skewered everything tonight.

DH is on night-shift this week, so its time to experiment in the kitchen!! I made spinach and cheese ravioli (okay, I bought it) with a lemon-caper-dill cream sauce featuring left-over salmon and parmasan cheese (I did make the sauce from scratch). Oh, and garlic toast.
Even my three-year-old loved it!

I had another one of my moments in the kitchen ,, humid day no breeze, I decide to try my new self cleaning oven for the first time. Long story short I ended up sitting outside getting eaten by flies with the bird(in cage). Headache, dizzy, horrible feeling. poor DH ended up making a late supper,,,, steak and onions .
Everyonelse's dinner sounded wonderful !
