Leftovers tonight of an awesome salad I made the other night. Super healthy, and looked gorgeous on the plate. Will have to take a pic this time! Tuna & white bean salad mmmmmmm
Mix together: 1 can of tuna, 1 can of white kidney beans, some red onion, cucumber and tomato... the juice from 1/2 a lemon, red wine vinegar, olive oil and a tad of salt & pepper. Serve on a bed of lettuce. It's so fresh and delicious! If you try it, I'm sure you'd love it!

leftover homemade lasagna. I have been busy making 4 birthday cakes for tomorrow. My family is having one big dinner for my two sisters, my son and my birthday rather than individual ones over the past few weeks. I might try to post photos of the cakes later. If they turn out ok that is!!

Awesome veggie burgers that I discovered last week is what we had for supper. The heat is so unmotivating.

BBQ pork ribs, BBQ corn on the cob, BBQ zuchinni and mushrooms, and not-BBQ potato salad. With my specialty banana bread for dessert. Mmmmmm!
Now I am very full.

Just made a toasted lobster sandwich. Crab legs in the fridge for snack later. Love summer for the seafood.

Don't know how many are eating there, but a good quick pinch meal is two boxes of KD made as normal then add a can of tomatoes...let it reheat with the tomatoes in it (juice and all). The pasta will soak up the juice...and you can add different cheeses to it too...dang I have to make that again...lol!
Tonight ladies and gentlemen it's store bought fried chicken. Yeah, I couldn't get off my lazy butt to make a homemade meal./
