for tonight, i have no clue yet! My parents gave us a ton of leftover meat from last night, so probably just rice and a side dish ... hmmm ...
I have the new Jamie Oliver cookbook from the library and he has these really delicious looking Zucchini Cakes type of things ... maybe I will try those.

Nah, bub - I made the broth yesterday before baking the ribs! Now I must transform mere broth into a fantabulous amalgam!

OMG Quebec corn is here. Yummy, yummy but freakin' expensive right now $6 a doz. Bought 2 dozen today at the farmers market. Sweet as can be, ah I can't tell you. is everyone jealous yet. Oh and as a side dish went to the butcher and got some fresh tomato basil sausages on the BBQ wrapped them in Pita bread with a little mustard, pickles, sauerkraut. Everyone is invited. You have 5 minutes to get here.

Last night we had taco salad. I had some Veggie Mexican Ground Round to use up, some chunky salsa and vegan sour cream with chopped olives on top. My mom brought me some fresh rommaine from her garden so that was the base of the salad with tortilla chips on the side. It was yummy without having to heat the whole kitchen up.

Tonight we're having penne in a red pepper-tomato sauce with some cut up sausages that were left over from breakfast yesterday.
