stir fry (tofu, snow peas, bok choy, bean sprouts, strips of carrot, garlic, green onions) with soya sauce/sesame oil over rice
Was healthy, took less than 30 min, and turned out well!

Pyrogies with heaps of bacon and fried onions...now I get to listen to my 10 month old snore from his highchair, with pyrogie smushed to his cheek...lol, too cute!

I love zucchini fritters, also eggplant fritters. all so yummie, I make a cream cheese and herb and put cherry tomatoes on them as a movie snack.

sweet and sour meatballs with steamed rice so tasty..i just make meatballs (ground turkey usually or xtra lean beef, 1 minced garlic clove, s&p, wershshsishsisher sauce, 1 egg, breadcrumbs etc) fry them, add in your VH s&s sauce or the pinapple sauce one..pour over white rice and TA DA!
i've made this a few times even just as appy's for partys and stuff always a big hit! enjoy!

i made curried chick peas MMMMMmmmmmmmmmmMMm its our family fav, everyone loves it including my 3 year old who has been LIVING ON PEANUT BUTTER FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS! ... shes just going through a phase! wont touch anyting else, except milk , water and sometimes a banana or two.
I have on vitamins ofcourse! the only way i can sleep soundly at night
