Ever poached eggs in the microwave? Someone recently told me how, super easy! Just 1/2 cup of water, pierce the yolk once and one minute on high. I'm still experimenting with the time, I want the whites cooked but yolks runny, one minute on high is just a bit too much.

It's hot, kitchen is a mess, husband with hurt back, me not feeling good.... all lead to ordering takeout Chinese food, which did us for supper today, and tomorrow as well.
