Tonight is our "treat" night so were having pizza from Whole Foods - basil pesto sauce, mozzarella, grilled zucchini, mushrooms, spinach and ham.

Tonight is a hard boiled egg Sandwich with some fried left over roasted potatoes. So breakfast for dinner Quick Simple Easy meal since I am alone for dinner tonight.

I just had some chicken pot pie and some cheese.Meal that say to me summer is almost over,I have to think more of fall menus.
The goal is to live day by day not to much thinking hahaha !!!!

Ever poached eggs in the microwave? Someone recently told me how, super easy! Just 1/2 cup of water, pierce the yolk once and one minute on high. I'm still experimenting with the time, I want the whites cooked but yolks runny, one minute on high is just a bit too much.

Tonight was spaghetti and meatballs and the last of the corn on the cob-raspberries and whipped cream for dessert for DH. DD and I were full.

as i have no idea what the next few days have in store for me..family wise..i made up a meal plan today. at least for the weekend.. LO's for the few days after that.

Buitoni pizza that my father purchase.I must said it was ok but I prefer Dr Oeker and with the 3$ off coupons floating on gingerale boxes that would be awesome I must train my father in couponning even if he dont want...I am sick everytime I see him come back from the grocery...to see what it cost him..and what would have be cost me with pm and coupons.For the same thing lol.As well as he dont quite understand how some store deals work....sigh

It's hot, kitchen is a mess, husband with hurt back, me not feeling good.... all lead to ordering takeout Chinese food, which did us for supper today, and tomorrow as well.
