Well today I made dinner.
Appetizer:
Just a light green salad with thousand island dressing.
Main course:
I pan-seared some sirloin steaks. I made home-made gravy to pour over the steak since I like it with sauce. I like my steak either medium or medium rare.
Main course 2:
I baked a shepherds pie. Mash potatoes on top and vegetable+ground beef on the bottom. I baked it at180*C for 20 minutes with cheese.
Dessert:
I made a traditional Chinese sponge cake since it's very easy to make and it taste great. It takes at least 40 minutes to steam. But it takes like 10 minutes to prep.Last edited by MangoFruit; Sun, Aug 7th, 2011 at 12:32 AM.

Tonight I'm going to make a couple wraps using pita bread. I'll fill them up with veggie wings, veggies and homemade tomato pesto and then time to watch wrestling tonight. Usually I'm working sun nights but since I'm not I ordered the wrestling..

Tonight was chicken alfredo with veggies...really easy to slice up red & green peppers & brocolli, saute with garlic, boiled some noodles & tossed in Classico alfredo sauce! Chicken was cooked from the other night, so easy meal...of course with some garlic toast on the side!
