What's For Dinner?

I roasted a big bunch of veggies (peppers of all colours, eggplant, brocoli, asparagus, portabello mushrooms, and sweet onions in rings) and I used panni bread and made veggie pizza's topped with part skim mozz cheese and some parm & asiago too. I roasted them all on the bbq and then "cooked" the pizza on there too. WOW it was so freakin' good and so healthy too!!!

Strangest dinner, but delish!

Salmon with a mustard sauce, roasted peppers and bacon & saurkraut perogies

Dh had leftover buffalo burger and a hot dog.....he's fed so that still makes me a good wife doesn't it?? lol!

LOL Eeyah, I know what you mean - my husband is happy as long as there is food, he's not so picky, which is really nice!

Tonight my nap went overtime, so we had hotdogs.

I made soup! A creamy vegi soup. Don't ask me what went in it because I have NO clue.

I dipped some cornbread w/ poppy seed bread (walmart!) in it with some cheez whiz ontop. Ugh I ate too much

I did a taco salad... minus the hamburger, LOL!

(I can't sleep cuz of the intense thunder+lightning we are having here.. grr)

I've been in a cooking craze lately.

Deep fried fish & chips, with some 'spring pasta salad' I made last night at 1 am ! It's not too shabby.

I sure wish I lived closer to you ( New Brunswick- Ontario ?? oh well ) , I like cooking, and would have whipped ya up something nice.

DH and i had Yellow Thai Chicken curry with ginger/lemon grass rice. It was soo good.

well since school ended this is the 1st time i have had no kids, so no clue what to do with my time.

well i know its 3:30am here i know for the next 8 months nothing with hot dogs, eggs, tomoatoes or french fries for me, yep it sucks

that is so weird that you are still up? I was going to head off to la la land , then I saw this. So I am curious, why no hot dogs, eggs, tomatoes, or french fries for the next 8 months for you?
