Hopefully you will feel better soon, at least not to have the nausea last more than for a short time in the morning - try having a few soda crackers before you get out of bed.
I was 'lucky' when I was pregnant, I was teaching at a college from 3-9:30 p.m., so I was sickie at home!

Anyhew, tonight for supper is wings, baked fries, and coleslaw.
Yeah. I am a full-time teacher and have not told my work yet. I was hoping to wait, but how long I wait might be influenced by how I am feeling at work. Crackers before getting out of bed in the morning hasn't really helped much at this point. After my work knows, I might be able to have crackers and gingerale out in the classroom during the 65min periods that I teach. Our school division wants the staff to set a positive example, so the students are not supposed to see us with coffee, tea, or pop. Guess I'll just have to see if gingerale is permitted for morning sickness (well, all day sickness really).

Squares of grilled lamb or chicken, served on a bed of smoky, creamy eggplant, blended with garlicky yogurt and tahini. Topped with a drizzle of warm butter and tomato sauce. Served with rice

if anyone knows how to make this pls share!
thanks Anisa, what u described i do most of the time with chicken or beef shawrma i put it either on hummus or baba ghanouj ,so what u had is baba ghanouj which is the grilled eggplant mixed with yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice it goes very well with grilled meat lamb or chicken are my preferance.

Today is the first day of Lent for us, so it's a strict fast day.
