Last night I tried out Annie Chun's Udon soup bowls. They were on sale at London Drugs for 3.69 and I had $1.00 off coupons so I bought a few. I have to admit that I have been wanting to try them for a while because they look like good vegan convenience food. They were actually very tasty and filling. I am going to go back and stock up on some more before the sale is done.

I really love all the great dinner ideas in this forum.
I'm not too creative with dinner, at all.
Tonight's dinner will be:
Green Salad with onions, cucumbers and greek dressing
Soya sauce/garlic chicken wings
Potato and cheese perogies
Peach for dessert

Fierce Angel, same thing happened to me with seeing the tacos!
I made some after I saw that posting, mind you ours were non-vegan... But yummy nevertheless. I almost overspiced myself, too (that happens occasionally), by adding a bit too much chili powder to the ground beef. I keep forgetting that the last time I bought it, it's just a stronger blend than the one I usually get! The guys in the house don't mind the spice, but my mouth is such a wuss!

Vermicelli with meat sauce, and a HUGE salad for us all! I love it when I have a multitude of veggies to make a salad from (it's rare...).

Pasta primavera. Whole Wheat rotini with sautéed onions, Tofurky veggie sausage, zucchini, aspargaus and mushrooms in a light sauce made from veggie stock and basil topped with fresh chopped tomatoes. I did not have time to make a slow cooked Sunday meal because of meetings all day so this is what I came up with.
