    Baked ham, some sort of pasta, beans, salad.
    - Change of sides - found myself with a plethora of fresh veggies, so I made roasted potatoes and a Greek-style mix of tomatoes, onions, zucchini, carrots, and celery.

    Tonight we had homemade pizza with a base of minced garlic and olive oil topped with zucchini and green tomatoes from the garden and bits of homemade seitan.
